Test Hints
  • Study from the installation manuals found on this site ... they are the most current 
  • For security reasons the system will automatically log you off after approx. one hour.
  • You cannot tell when you have been auto logged off. If you have not completed and submitted a test before you are automatically logged off the data will be lost and you will have to retake the test. To avoid this we suggest that you log out and then log back on after each test 
  • Once you have completed and submitted a  test the system will tell you if you pass or not.
  • If you do not pass the system will tell you which questions you missed. Write down the questions you missed then (as shown in the example below) use the link in blue that says "click here to go back and adjust your answers". Using this link allows you to go back into your test without starting over
  • Using this link you can re-answer missed questions and submit again. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary  
  • If you right click a link with a mouse you have the option of opening that item up inside a new window.. if you do... you can have the test, the installation manual, and the assembly video open all at the same time for an "open book" test
